Before you connect
- Which sign-in do I use?
- The same one as in the app: Apple, Google or email. A different method opens an empty account.
- What can the agent change?
- Planned days, and finished workouts when you ask. You can undo each change to a finished workout for 7 days. Days you edited in the app stay as they are unless you ask.
- How do I stop access?
- Remove the connector in your agent, or revoke the key in Settings → API keys.
